Andrei is very knowledgeable about the northern lights and shared his wisdom with us, even showed me how to better capture the lights with my phone. While we were watching the lights, Andrei made a small fire to keep us warm, gave us coffee, tea and a delicious snack. Everything was superb. Thank you Andrei

For the Northern Lights tour, our guide, Andrei, was very friendly and an expert in forecasting to observe the phenomenon. For the Fjord tour, Georges was a true expert and shared many subtleties during the trip, which was really interesting. The landscapes were also wonderful. For both tours, we received professional photos at the end (by email). This was highly appreciated, especially for the Northern Lights, an unforgettable moment. Thanks again, Andrei and Georges!

He was passionate about wildlife and nature and is obviously a great photographer too - he was kind and friendly and took us to his favourite spots on the trip. We visited Kaldfjord, Ersfjord and Grotfjord as well as the glacier lake. The beach at Grotfjord was simply stunning. George brought coffee and cake for when we were on the beach. He has also promised to send us some of the photos that he took. An excellent tour, good value for money and thoroughly recommended.

Alan was an absolutely incredible northern lights guide!! He was knowledgeable, informative and he took us to a location where there were no other tours visiting. By complete chance we... read more were able to see one of the best displays of the season, but the experience was made truly memorable by Alan, he's such a fantastic guide. The only downside was we had our day time minibus Fjord tour cancelled at short notice due to the van breaking down (the email the day before went straight to my junk box so we only picked up the WhatsApp 1 hour before we were due to depart). But they have processed our refund quickly and we were able to get on another tour with another operator!

We zijn op pad geweest met Allan, een van de gidsen van Enjoy the Artic. We waren met 16 personen. Eerst reden we zo'n 40 minuten naar een fjord. We zijn... read more daar 3 uur gebleven en er werd een kampvuur gemaakt. We kregen thee en cake. Het noorderlicht zagen we maar amper met het blote oog. We reden verder naar boven op een berg. Hier was ook noorderlicht activiteit maar ook hier erg vaag. Met de camera zagen we iets meer. Het was al na middernacht, we zagen nog steeds niks spectaculairs gebeuren. Maar volgens Allan waren de vooruitzichten erg goed. We besloten terug te rijden naar Tromsø het was nog een uur terug rijden. Onderweg zag Allan dat het ging gebeuren. Iedereen klaarmaken om uit te stappen! Wat we toen zagen was onbeschrijfelijk. Boven ons kwam er felgroen noorderlicht met vlagen roze en paars. Met dansende Aurora, het was geweldig. Deze show duurde ongeveer 15 minuten en we hebben genoten van elke minuut! Een stuk verderop zagen we nog een 2e show ook hier kwam het licht van alle kanten. Het voelde als een kadootje, na zoveel uren in de kou. Maar we werden beloond! Allan zette iedereen af bij hun accomodatie, erg fijn want het wad inmiddels half 3 in de nacht. Enkele dagen later werden de foto's gestuurd die Allan van ons maakte. Alles was top! Zou eigenlijk nog wel graag wat foto's gekregen hebben zonder mensen van alleen het landschap. Misschien kunnen deze nog nagestuurd worden? Verder hebben wij enorm genoten van deze bijzonder mooie avond. Fijn dat het gelukt is Allan! Thankx!

We booked the Norwegian Fjords Half-Day tour with this company. They cancelled on us the day before the tour (dated 11 January 2025), the tour was re-scheduled for the next... read more day (dated 12 January 2025), the company cancelled on us AGAIN the next day (two minutes before the bus was supposed to pick us up at 10a.m.). As it’s a five hour fjords tour, this company essentially completely ruined two days of our weekend holiday in Tromso. All the other Fjords tours were already fully booked or left Tromso (by the time we were notified of the cancellation), as such, it was too late for us to book an alternative fjords tour. I would never book any tour with this company again or recommend anyone to use this company!
